We accept Paypal, Credit Cards and Etsy gift cards.

For buyers in FL, we have to add sales tax to your purchase.

All Shipping is done through First Class USPS with tracking number (US only), and delivery conformation and all merchandise will be shipped with secure packaging. Shipping will take approximately 3-5 business days for DOMESTIC (US),

UPGRADES to shipping (insurance, priority, express, UPS) are available.....just contact me so I can get you a quote.

► NOTE: **Transit times can vary GREATLY.
Occasionally packages can be SUBSTANTIALLY DELAYED, up to 45 days, but the usual transit time is 7-14 days.

When traveling across a border, packages occasionally get held up at customs. We do NOT have any control over this, it's in the hands of your country's customs officials. Please understand you are taking a risk in buying internationally that your package may be delayed up to 7 weeks. This is not common, but it happens occasionally. Once we've shipped your package, we can't do anything with it once it's in the hands of customs officials and your country's postal service...and sometimes they unfortunately take their sweet time!

► CUSTOMS / DUTY CHARGES
We have NO control over your country's customs officials. Some countries will charge duty for international packages and others will not, and all at different rates! Most packages go through without any charges, it is somewhat random, but please be advised that I have no control over how your country charges duty. These are NOT extra shipping charges. You are responsible for knowing your country’s customs and duty policies.

► TRACKING YOUR INTERNATIONAL ORDER
If your order was shipped with USPS, the tracking numbers for International shipments only show where they are in the USA, and once they ship overseas, the tracking number is not updated. Once your package is outside the US, there will be no update until it’s been delivered. The tracking will show your package being “frozen” at a major US port (like Los Angeles), but this doesn’t mean your package isn’t moving, it’s just that it’s moving overseas.



Returns & Exchanges

Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

► RETURNS
I accept unworn/unpersonalized returns and/or exchanges within 7 days of when your package was delivered, with the following exceptions:
- Returns are NOT accepted on personalized pieces, unless I made an error.
- For custom orders, returns are handled on an item-by-item basis.
- Earrings are non-returnable.

- Do NOT just send it back.
- Please pack the item carefully.
- If it arrives in a tangled mess, it will make me very sad!
- Returns will process in approximately 2-3 weeks.

For returns, we refund the purchase price minus a 5% restocking fee.
I do NOT refund shipping costs.

► EXCHANGES: INCORRECT LENGTH
- All jewelry are all measured from (end to end), including jump rings and clasp
- I charge a “re-work” fee of $5 for each item I have to adjust

***HAND STAMPED INFORMATION ***
This is VERY important! Please note that all hand stamped, personalized pieces are designed especially for you by me - letters are individually stamped which means that they may not be perfectly aligned. This is what makes the piece special and unique and should NOT be considered a flaw in any way. If you have any questions or concerns, please send me a message before making your purchase.

***LOST ITEMS***
All packages mailed within the U.S. are sent through the USPS with a delivery conformation. My shop is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost, stolen or misdelivered packages.

PLEASE NOTE: All pieces are created by hand, so no two items are identical. That’s the beauty of the product! Please allow for slight variances from what is shown in the made to order photos.

Frequently Asked Questions

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN STERLING SILVER AND SILVER PLATED?

"STERLING SILVER" will last for a long time if cared for properly, it will eventually tarnish as "ALL" jewelry does but (takes a while). However, it can easily be cleaned with a soft polishing cloth or I personally recommend a "liquid" jewelry tarnish cleaner. Once cleaned it will instantly go back to it's brilliant color.

VS

"SILVER PLATED" is best for items that are worn occasionally. With daily use, the thin layer of silver can eventually wear away, exposing a base copper metal that can corrode or stain skin and is not as durable as Sterling Silver.

For this reason I highly recommend the Sterling Silver over Silver Plated. Sterling Silver has a much longer life than Silver Plated and the additional cost is well worth it.

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 14K GOLD FILL AND GOLD PLATED?

"GOLD FILL" is an affordable QUALITY material that looks just like solid gold. With proper care, will usually maintain its golden shine for a LIFETIME. Gold-filled is constructed in two or three layers. A gold alloy is bonded to one or both surfaces of the brass core with heat and pressure. Unlike plated (aka electroplated or "dipped").

VS

"GOLD PLATED" has a minuscule layer of gold applied to a brass base. The materials that I use are high quality and are tarnish resistant but the plating will generally wear off rather quickly and expose the brass base product.

For this reason I highly recommend the "GOLD FILL" over Gold Plated. "GOLD FILL" has a much longer life than Gold Plated and the additional cost is well worth it.
